We now have three of our own catering trailers plus a whole portfolio of individuals who supply more than your average show food. The trailers we own and operate are as follows:
Fresh griddled chicken in a choice of marinades served with fresh salad in sauces wrapped in a large tortilla. The unit also serves fries and a selection of soft drinks. Freshly cut sandwiches are also available by prior arrangement on this unit
Top quality burgers in a fresh bap with cheese and fried onion and freshly cooked fries. This unit also serves breakfast baps, hot dogs, steaks and hot sauces i.e. curry sauce and gravy.
Choice of freshly prepared Panini and cakes washed down with a glass of your favourite bubbly. This unit also serves Pimms and soft drinks, plus strawberries and cream by prior arrangement.
